Refund and Returns Policy

MKUltra Studios merch is fulfilled by Printful, a print-on-demand production partner. That means most apparel and merch items are made specifically for the order after checkout, then shipped directly from Printful’s fulfillment network.

Because these items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or a change of mind. If something arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, mislabeled, or otherwise incorrect, we’ll help make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item.

Email mk@mkultrastudios.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • A photo of the packing slip or label, if the issue involves the wrong item or shipping details

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work through Printful to arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund as appropriate.

Size Exchanges and Buyer’s Remorse

Since each item is printed or produced specifically for your order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for size issues, color preference, or changed minds. Please check the product description and size guide before ordering.

If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before placing the order and we’ll do our best to help you choose.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows that your package was lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll review the order and work with Printful and the carrier where possible.

Wrong or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an order is returned because the address was wrong, incomplete, or the package was unclaimed, reshipping may require a new shipping charge and may not always be available.

Returns

Please contact MKUltra Studios before sending anything back. Do not return items to the studio address or to Printful unless we’ve confirmed the next step with you. Unapproved returns may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit after it has been processed.
